Withdrawing a Student from Eaton Rapids Public Schools
We are sorry to learn your family is withdrawing from Eaton Rapids Public Schools. To better facilitate the withdrawal and keep our records accurate, Eaton Rapids Public Schools requires the Legal Parent/Guardian or Student (age 18 or older ONLY) take a moment to fill out the district withdrawal form.
Please note: The student will not officially be withdrawn until we have received appropriate notification of enrollment from their new school. The ERPS school office will send the student records (known in Michigan as the "CA-60" file) directly to the new school upon official notification from the student's new school.
