Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Eaton Rapids Public Schools provides an EAP for all District employees. Aetna's Resources for Living is available for support 24/7. Please contact Amy Jones for account access information.

Red Rover

Red Rover allows Teachers and Support Staff to enter absences, check absence history, request substitutes, and post lesson plans or notes for substitutes. Please contact Amy Jones for account access.

Specialized Data Systems (SDS)

The SDS is our employee information system. Log in to your account to review your eTimesheet, Pay Memo, and W2. You can also change your address, update your exemptions and project your pay if you were to make changes. Please contact Tasha Wright for account access.

MESSA

Office of Retirement Services (ORS)

The Office of Retirement Services administers retirement programs for Michigan's public school employees. Log in to the ORS miAccount Portal to review your retirement information.

403(b) and 457(b) Plan Information

The TSA Consulting Group ERPS Page administers the District's 403(b) and 457(b) plan options. Investment provider contact information and enrollment forms are available on the ERPS page of their website.

Substitute Paraprofessionals and Teachers

Eaton Rapids Public Schools is part of a substitute system consortium called the Central Michigan Substitute System (CMSS) using EDUStaff, LLC to register and pay substitute teachers/paraprofessionals.
