- If you have a problem with how your technology is functioning, please make a Help Desk Ticket. Your building MMT and the tech department will receive notice that a request was made. You will receive an email after you create a ticket with an incident request #. Please pay attention to future emails regarding this incident as your MMT or other members of the tech dept may be asking questions or making suggestions regarding the problem you are experiencing.
