Our Help Desk Serves our District Staff with all technology needs
 
  • If you have a problem with how your technology is functioning, please make a Help Desk Ticket.  Your building MMT and the tech department will receive notice that a request was made.  You will receive an email after you create a ticket with an incident request #.  Please pay attention to future emails regarding this incident as your MMT or other members of the tech dept may be asking questions or making suggestions regarding the problem you are experiencing. 
 
  • If you have a question about how to use any of your district technology (hardware or software) please contact me to set up a time to help you.  It is preferable to create a Help Desk Ticket and Choose the Training Category, but sometimes a quick question can be handled via email
