The Board reaffirms its policy to comply with Title VI, The Age Act of 1975, The Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination.
