Welcome to Eaton Rapids Public Schools

Eaton Rapids is located where the Grand River and Spring Brook come together. Their combined power has long been used to fuel both industry and imagination. Eaton Rapids Public Schools serves our community in much the same way. By bringing people together, we help fuel the industry and imagination in our kids. This is our Community. These are our Kids, They are our Future. We ARE ER

Walk to School ERPS held it's fall Walk to School Day Friday, September 29th. Kids from kindergarten through 5th grade are dropped off about a mile from their schools to make the treck. Middle schoolers and high schoolers act as chaperones. Teachers, Staff, and administrators act as safety guards at each intersection. In all, over half, more than 1,000 kids, walk from S. River Street, up State Street, and down Greyhound Drive to Greyhound Central, Lockwood, and Greyhound Intermediate School. Watching all of these kids line the sidewalks makes it clear that We ARE ER!
