Helpful Information
Work Permits:

Public Act 16 Section 164k:
A new law was signed into effect on October 7, 2025 requiring school districts to ensure "student survey questions and results are made available to the public, posted on the district's or intermediate district's website, and that parents and legal guardians are notified of the survey." This includes any survey from the district or from local, state, or federal government. You can read the full law here: click here

In compliance with this law, here is a list of surveys we have administered at Eaton Rapids High School this school year (2025-2026):

Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth (MiPHY)
Participants: Grades 9 and 11
Purpose: To identify the collective needs of our student population and develop better programs to meet those needs. For example, if the data shows many of our students are being bullied or experience poor mental health at school, we can adjust our strategies to combat that.
Parents were notified via ParentSquare on November 2, 2025.
