Before and After School Care
Eaton Rapids School's Out Program is located at 912 Greyhound Dr.
(Greyhound Central Kindergarten building.)
Morning Care (6:30 am - 8:35 am)
No drop offs are allowed before 6:30 am.
At 8:35 am Kindergarteners go down to breakfast while the other children are put on their bus to go to their appropriate school.
Afternoon Care (3:40 pm - 6:00 pm)
At 3:40 pm Kindergarteners will be checked in and have the opportunity to have a snack they bring. The other children will get off the bus about 4:00 pm. They will be checked in and also have the opportunity to eat a snack they bring.
4:00 - 6:00 The children will have time in the gym, quiet time for homework or reading minutes, and outside time if weather permits.
Pick up is by 6:00 pm. A late fee will be charged if children are left past this time.
If there is a 2-hour delay, we also run on a 2-hour delay.
ERPS School’s Out Before & After Monthly Rates
- EARLY RELEASE DAY $5 (if enrolled in after-care) and $10 (if enrolled in before-care only)
- NO SCHOOL DAY $36
- SNOW DAY FEE $25 (If we are open.)
- MATERIALS FEE $30 per child a year (due at enrollment)
- LATE PICK UP FEE $2.00 per child for every minute past closing time.
- LATE PAYMENT FEE $10 after due date
- Returned Check FEE $25
Please make sure to talk with Sarah Bytwerk, BEFORE submitting paperwork. We only have limited openings in the morning. (In the afternoons, there are more spaces.)
