Welcome to Abby's Class-Greyhound Central High School

I teach English 9-12 here at GCHS.  My goal is to introduce a variety of literature pieces to my students so that they will have an appreciation and understanding of English.This is my fourth year at Greyhound Central High School and I am looking forward to many more. 

About our Program

GCHS is a program that helps students who have struggled, get back on track for high school completion or GED.  We have small class sizes and offer one-on-one attention.  In our program students are able to work at their own pace so that they may "catch up" in order to graduate on time.  We have a positive and caring staff who are ready to welcome returning and new students. 

Education

I attended Lake Superior State University and majored in English Literature and Language with a minor in Sociology with a concentration in Secondary Education.  Currently I am working on my Master's in Teaching degree through Olivet College.
