Each local educational agency and public school academy in Michigan is required to publicly post the process used to determine the existence of a Specific Learning Disability (SLD).

The federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”) require the Eaton Rapids Public Schools to identify, locate, and evaluate students who have, or may have, a disability.
